When you submit a review for a solar installer on GlobalSunHub, we collect the following personal data:

• Name — displayed publicly alongside your review.
• Email address — used solely to prevent duplicate reviews and verify authenticity. Your email is never displayed publicly or shared with third parties.
• IP address (hashed) — stored in an irreversible hashed form to prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions. The raw IP address is never stored.

Legal Basis

We process this data based on your explicit consent (provided via the review form checkboxes) and our legitimate interest in maintaining a trustworthy, spam-free review system.

Retention

Your review data is retained for as long as the review is published on the platform. If a review is declined during moderation, the associated data is retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention purposes and then deleted.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the removal of your review and all associated personal data (name, email, hashed IP) at any time. To do so, send a request to globalsunhub@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my review." We will process your request within 30 days.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored information.

However, no online system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
